Reservation Discounts

We also offer a variety of discounts that can be applied to a reservation if the conditions are met. While some of the discounts listed below might be applied automatically, some require contacting us to confirm and apply. Also please note that these discounts are only applicable for reservations made directly on our reservations system. Travel agents and other third party booking systems do not qualify.

While multiple discounts may be applied to a reservation, their total cannot exceed 15%.

Any stays in August 2021 - 15% off entire stay

Enter the voucher code 15OFFAUGUST2021 when prompted during checkout to receive 15% your entire stay in August 2021. Contact us if you need any help! We can also apply the discount for you after your resrevation has been made.

Any Return Guests or Referrals - 10% off entire stay

We offer any repeat guests or referrals 10% off their stay with us. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team. Please contact us before making your reservation to confirm the discount can be applied.

Any stay longer than six nights - 10% off entire stay

For any stay that is longer than six nights in a single room, 10% will be taken off the total of the guest's stay. This discount is automatically applied via our reservation system. Please contact us with any questions.

Booking three homes simultaneously for more than 3 nights - 10% off entire stay

Often times our guests reserve multiple rooms, and as a way to show our gratitude, we will deduct 10% of the entire stay for all days that three homes are simultaneously reserved. This is only applicable for stays that are longer than 3 nights. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team. Please contact us before making your reservation to confirm the discount can be applied.

Booking all homes simultaneously for more than 3 nights - 15% off entire stay

If you book the Lithies cluster and Villa Dione, we will deduct 15% of the entire stay for the days that all homes are simultaneously reserved. This is only applicable for stays that are longer than 3 nights. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team. Please contact us before making your reservation to confirm the discount can be applied.
